How does it work?
We each play to our strengths. Our partnership is not just about business; it's about fostering a deep sense of camaraderie and support. We strive to create an environment where you can thrive as a leader, while we handle the logistics and organization. Our dedicated team takes care of all the backend tasks, allowing you to focus on what you do best - guiding and inspiring others on their yoga journey and leading the energy of the retreat.
Our intention is to cultivate a community that embraces the power community, mindfulness, and connection with nature. As a partner in the Sansara Collective, you become an integral part of this vision. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and shared experiences.
When do The Sansara Collective Retreats take place?
May - December
Why: Because this is our adventure season - when the waterfalls are full, the whales are breaching, turtles are nesting and the south swell surf is pumping.
We want to curate retreats during this time of year that allows people the access to parts of Cambutal that are untouched, and as such we have set up a number of in-house retreats, and we are looking for leaders to join our team and lead this intimate retreat series.
How big are the groups?
Ideal group size is 12-18 people.
How am I compensated?
Leaders receive $250 for each confirmed, paid participant sign-up. Leaders must draw in a minimum of 4 direct referral participants to receive a complimentary stay in a shared double-occupancy cabaña. With less than 4 direct referrals 50% of the standard double rate is owed.
