Our morning will open with a vinyasa practice to invigorate and soothe the senses, complete with meditation, breathing exercises and a proper savasana. Daily mindfulness practices such as self-reflection, setting goals, pursuing personal growth and engaging in activities that bring joy and fulfillment will ignite our creative energy. With ample time to connect, slow down and enjoy the coastal beauty of Cambutal, Panama. Our afternoon sessions are explorative and restorative and will provide a deep relaxation to help you reconnect with your true nature.
Spend your day getting swept away by the pristine water and gorgeous beaches. Grab a surfboard, a paddle board, a kayak, your hiking shoes or a bicycle and wander the beautiful landscape that surrounds this oasis. Or, just sit back to take in the sounds and smells of this rugged land. Nourishment is an integral part of this retreat. Our stay is complete with 3 daily meals crafted by world class chefs using locally sourced ingredients into mouthwatering, unforgettable meals. We will enjoy an abundance of fruits, vegetables, and eggs from independent farmers in and around Cambutal, and the fish served is caught daily from just outside the bay.
