Join Kate Moon of Flow State Wellness for an adventurous week full of yoga practices intentionally curated to challenge you, open you, and awaken you to your truth and authentic light in this world. Kate is known for her playful and thoughtfully crafted creative vinyasa sequencing in morning practices and nurturing gentle practices in the evening that help to ground you, integrate your experiences, and reset your nervous system. In addition to physical yoga practices, Kate guides participants through mindful self-study workshops that aid participants in taking a deeper look at themselves, their possible limited beliefs, and attachments that can often prevent us all from living in joy within our lives.
In addition to daily yoga practices, Kate has crafted a retreat that include group activities that help create a unified container within the participants while still allowing for ample downtime to be on your own to explore, sit poolside, or rest.
Based in Charleston, SC, Kate is the founder + creator of Flow State Wellness and is known for her creative sequencing, challenging but playful practices, and inspiring messages about humanity. Kate will not only challenge you on the mat but also in the true yoga practices of introspection, often asking the hard questions and meeting you with compassion and honor.
