From our amazing housekeeping staff, dedicated landscaping and maintenance crew, construction team, restaurant and kitchen staff, reception and front of house, to our adventure and surf team, massage therapists, yoga teachers, and hardworking management team, we have created a family of like-minded, spirited individuals who call Sansara and Cambutal home.
Each person that comes through our doors for the Sansara Experience - retreat leaders, attendees, nightly guests, and community members that share a yoga class and a smoothie - all become a part of our tribe.
