Whether your adventure is going inwards through yoga or getting out and surfing waves, this unforgettable experience will empower you to explore your nature through the elements: earth, water, air, and fire.
At Sol Seek Yoga's 7-day Yoga & Adventure Retreat, you'll have the space to connect with the core of who you are while immersed in lush jungle, wild ocean, and a supportive community. Find your connection with each of the four elements through twice-daily yoga and meditation practices, including 4 transformational element workshops that incorporate movement, breath, journaling and community connection. EAch workshop will focus on a single element that will be further explored through our adventures in nature.

Jill is a Santa Barbara, California-based yoga teacher and studio owner who believes in yoga as a powerful transformational tool for introspection, creativity, and connecting with your fullest self - messiness and all! Her lighthearted approach to teaching invites you to explore your true nature - the core of who you are. With an emphasis on strong and creative sequencing, her classes are unique, challenging (in the best way!), and accepting of all walks of life.
Her classes invite you to dive deep into serious self-inquiry, while also being immersed by big laughs and big hugs. With her guidance, you'll move in ways you may have never moved before, breathe in ways that feel damn good, learn a bit of life philosophy, smile when things get tough, and laugh when you flail.
Jill has been practicing yoga since 2008 and teaching since 2013. She also owns and operates Divinitree Yoga Studio in Santa Barbara, California!
