Hey! I'm Montana Mitchell. A Dallas native, Pittsburgh-living ball of energy with a fiery passion for breath, movement, and self discovery.
My classical dance training is what initially led me to yoga but the mental, emotional and spiritual gain eventually trumped the physical benefits. As yoga shifted from a hobby to a lifestyle, I grew hungry to share the magic of this practice with others. Since 2019 I have become a Yoga Alliance 500 hour E-RYT certified teacher, and I'm proud to say I have made a full time career out of this practice.
Hosting retreats truly blends all my favorite things: connection, travel, adventure, movement, delicious food and self-exploration.
My intentional and vulnerable offerings will leave you feeling rejuvenated, empowered, and better connected to your body, mind and spirit.
